Our community hotline offers support during the Covid-19 pandemic

We know this is an uncertain time for our communities – residents, businesses, workers and visitors. Support is available.

Community hotline

The Covid-19 pandemic can seem daunting while many of us are isolated from family and friends.

City staff are available to provide information, advice and tailored support.

Call 02 9265 9333, 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

We can provide information on:

  • emergency accommodation
  • access to food
  • financial support
  • Covid-19 vaccination locations
  • issues related to isolation, personal wellbeing and community support.

If you’d like to register for our Community Check-in Service and receive a regular phone call, please let one of our friendly staff know.

Link2home is the statewide homelessness information and referral telephone service. Call 1800 152 152 for support. It is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, every day of the year.

Domestic Violence Line

As people cooperate with physical distancing directions, self-isolation and quarantine, there is an associated risk that domestic and family violence may increase.

If you need help or advice call the NSW Domestic Violence Line on 1800 65 64 63.
