Local schools open gates to the community these school holidays

The Share Our Space program is a NSW Government initiative.

It allows community members to use outdoor facilities at public schools during holidays for a wide range of activities, from sports and recreation to cultural events and celebrations.

Shake off the winter chills by getting out and about these holidays.

The schools open in the City of Sydney’s area are listed below, but always check the Share Our Space website first as schools and days may change.

Open every day

Sydney Secondary College Blackwattle Bay Campus, Glebe (enter at Foreshore Walkway) will open 8:30am to 5pm every day during the school holidays, including public holidays.

Open weekends and public holidays only

Newtown Public School, Newtown (enter at Norfolk Street) will open 8:30am to 5pm during the holidays on weekends and public holidays.
